TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) is field training of pre-hospital care of the battlefield, covering theory and practice of dealing with life-saving situations in extreme conditions. The course is developed based on the TCCC (Committee on Tactical Casualty Care – CoTCCC) guidelines.

The thematic scope goes beyond civilian first aid training and focuses on issues related to the most common injuries on the battlefield. Particular emphasis is placed on the MARCHE procedure, applicable in combat field rescue, which is a scheme of conduct and prioritisation during first aid and waiting for the arrival of medical evacuation.
