Conflict De-escalation and Handling Dangerous Individuals Training
Our conflict de-escalation training prepares participants for direct contact with dangerous individuals in crisis situations.
The goal of the course is to develop effective communication strategies that often help resolve conflicts without the need for force.
During the training, participants gain skills in:

Identifying personality disorders and mental illnesses

Handling disturbed and aggressive individuals

Using active listening and emotional stabilization techniques

Applying influence and persuasion techniques to de-escalate conflict

Managing stress, controlling personal tension, anxiety, and anger in high-risk situations
The program consists of lectures and intensive practical exercises, including scenario-based simulations tailored to the participants’ real tasks and duties.
The de-escalation course was developed by experienced police negotiators, including a negotiation course trainer from the Police Academy and a graduate of international training programs organized in cooperation with the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA).
